National Storm Recovery (OTC: NSRI) today announced that it is in the final stages of preparing its financial statements and expects to post them on OTC Markets by the end of the first quarter. According to the update, following its successful acquisition of Mulch Manufacturing, Inc., NSRI is in the process of completing a third party valuation of its assets for inclusion in its consolidated financial statements.
