I don't think so. If I recall correctly, he was already asked about that, and said that the terms were not acceptable, as if there was really only 1 such offer. He should stop giving info too soon (18 companies interested and submitting term sheets!) and learn to temper our expectations.

Now...if the BLA is not filed by the end of this month...
