Now that the registration form S-1 has been withdrawn, there is reduced financial oversight regarding an independent public accountant verifying the company's financial statements for accuracy.

Does MCOA still need to file quarterly reports on time?? Don't we usually get the First Quarter report in mid-February. Will we be getting timely updates as to our financial situation or not?
