When has the company released a PR in the morning prior to a 4:00 conference call? I believe the answer is "never" because it would steal their thunder and defeat the purpose of having the conference call. If there's significant info that's shared during the cc and warrants a PR, they will release the PR after the conference call or the next morning before the opening bell.
