Just spoke with TDA. They had no clue about any DUE BILL marker showing up on the buyers transaction. Maybe only on the sell side?
In any case they say in this type of situation (Purchase after record date with dividend due to buyer from seller) the sellers acct will be automatically debited on the pay date and sent to buyer
