Why? TDA tracks all transactions in great detail. Date time stamp, shares purchase, purchase price, cusip# etc.

I can't imagine any realistic scenario where my transaction records would be erased and shares surreptitiously clawed back?

You can question whether the distribution will happen but the records at TDA and other houses aren't going anywhere
