"4:20" is a reference to marijuana. The dispensary in MA where I shop has a big clock with the number 4:20 on it. It is, in my opinion, a bit of an inside joke and also a clear and unmistakable reference to: 1) CBD being a cannabis product, and 2) setting down the paving stones for a smooth segue into THC-infused drinks.
According to posts on this Board, the launch is scheduled for later this month in Mexico City. The recent surge in social media activity appears to confirm that this is so.
