For me "the catch" is the fact that the entire value of AE/NGIO currently runs under the radar of most investors and currently ZERO of that value is priced into GNBT's pps. Only through the IPO of NGIO GNBT/Joe is able to shed some light on this significant value and once people realize that this value does exist, the entire company of GNBT receives a re-evaluation and those, who noticed it the earliest, I.e. we the current shareholders, will be able to make extraordinary gains. To me it is that simple.
Nobody would look for "a catch" if one would buy a very old and run-down house for pennies on the dollar and then finds a treasure chests with gold coins and jewels somewhere hidden in the cellar, and all of a sudden realizes that the total value purchased was much higher than initially expected.
I see the situation very similar here and I am not questioning where my possibly several 1000% of return on investment come from. When I went to see the property that I was about to buy I simply have seen the hidden treasures that most others missed. That's all and nothing much of a mystery, in fact it remains a mystery to my why something that obvious is not yet seen by everyone else.
