Actually, I hope NGIO trades for a couple of months at least prior to someone showing interest - I think the market might boost NGIO's price through normal buying/selling. That might force a suitor to offer a slightly higher premium.
Of course, if MRK or someone wants to come in with a $2 billion offer right from the get go, I could probably live with it. Probably.
