Oops... bad math in my previous post... Joe could sell 7.5MM shares, 5% to each investor. If that were the case, that would tell us something about what Joe thinks the price would be, because the $40MM at 7.5MM shares would be $5.33/share.

So maybe you are right, TC. Still seems it would be more explicitly stated, though.
