TC, meaning each put quantity is restricted for 6 months?
So Joe puts 1MM shares on 3/1, and those can be sold 9/1, but the next put of 2MM shares on 3/20 can't be sold until 9/20?
That would spread the dumping of shares and also keep the investors on board for the shares continuing to rise, at least until 6 months after the last put...
