Use of proceeds, pg 29:
We estimate that the net proceeds to us from the sale of our common stock to Oasis pursuant to the Oasis Purchase Agreement will be up to approximately $39.5 million over an approximately 36-month period, assuming that we sell the full amount of our common stock that we have the right, but not the obligation, to sell to Oasis under that agreement and other estimated fees and expenses.
"36 month period" gives some perspective as to where the price may be as Joe draws on this "LOC" of sorts...
