I am not sure but believe in order to have a shareholders meeting a 10-K filing should be produced first simply because without that we remain in the dark. I am surprised that HDC has not announced who is doing or has completed our audit. The 10-K would normally hit on 3/31/20 but will the company release that and the other 10-K’s prior? I do see different strategies depending. A shareholder meeting without the 10-K filings might lead to emotional decisions instead of facts yet we need a meeting relatively soon.
