ADE value - estimates.
From the Dubai site:
"The Dubai Diamond Exchange (DDE) was established in 2004 to facilitate the development of the diamond and coloured gems market..... from $300 million in trade in 2002 to $26 billion in 2016."
The difference will be that our ADE -in our RAIF- will not be subject to taxes and has 70% less regulation requirements
