When you tell someone "You still don’t get it", do you know the message that you are sending to them? you are sending a disrespectful message. It is saying that i am a slow learner or an idiot. The rest of your message was a well defined paragraph of very important information, but the beginning will make a person fume. I am not criticizing you, am just telling you its very important what you say and how you say it....the same that you advise the very important high profile person to do....
