It's hard to tell. Obviously any of those names would have more recognition but the terms are still the same. We needed cash to hold us over to a larger deal or some larger milestones. $450K and possible $1M upon starting a phase 3 did not cut the mustard.

As long as we are selling 5-10 million shares per month to fund the company the shorts have the high ground in keeping the price contained. Once a sizeable upfront is secured the use of the MFO will cease and our stock price will jump to a new floor. Any short presence will be routed and forced to unwind at that point.
