These last two PR's are big news in my opinion. I like how the PR on January 21st and the PR on February 4th dovetail together. Of course, the icing on the cake will be when the details of the license agreement are announced. Now that DECN has the "TBG Precise Meter" in hand, the company can move forward with the agreement.
