Depending on the rest of the terms that might be an decent deal for us.
But that's just something you came up with in your head. We don't have any idea what, if any, negotiations for B-UC have taken place.
With AS, the hope is they will exercise their right to match any deal on B-UC. It allows Leo to negotiate any deal and then have AS say they will match it. This allows Leo to go back to the other pharma and have a bidding war up to the limit AS is willing to pay. Hopefully, for B-UC, the price will ultimately be out of the range of what AS can pay for it.
