Since market is closed today. Just a comment on CTC importance here.
Remember Massimo Cristofanilli, I believe, was the one originally saying with 5 patients CTC dropping, they should apply for BTD. He would have a good ideal of how CTCs normally react to different treatments. I posted his observational study with CTCs, of over 2000 patients across 18 international centers, over several years, which I believe is the largest one ever, on the private board. Particular page 4 shows overview of observations across different subgroups.
