Long Post for Investors (redflix S6E05)

Sweeeeet Eeeemoootionnnn

My oh my how people play on emotions...

"When you talk about things that nobody cares"

uh, redflix?

"You're wearing out things, that nobody wears"

uh, t-shirts, old jeans old shoes?

"You calling my name but I gotta make clear"

I will make this crystal clear

I will make this sooo clear...

I've been the only public investor that said I'd cough up $25k to take people to a legal outcome that falsely hurt my investment

I'm going to anti up on this one

The timing and the trade history from what I see

Even a chimp can see what has been done

Starting from da "stunt"

I'll take to court paid bashers, dumb flippers that cross the line of libel and the other idiot that calls libel, slander

How stupid can you be not to know the difference?

I'll up it even one more level and take to court fake longs

Yup, you all know the trolls that haven't written more than 5 original posts in the last 2 years and just spam the boards with them until they get banned.

Just be careful who is representing you as they might figure out

You are a slime ball...

You know, Bill Gates is investing right now

You know, company is worth $2B right now

I'd be shitting bricks thinking I'll do time if I were you on your bullshit pumps and flips

But I am not you...

But the SEC did ask me on another stock

To point out people like you

So be it...

Indemnification

Yip, yip, yip I know

Big word, so google it...

Bet you don't have it?

"You can fool all the people some of the time, and some of the people all the time, but you cannot fool all the people all the time."

Abraham Lincoln

"I can't tell you honey where we'll be in a year"

Fact check

Hold on, that was not Abraham Lincoln that said that

It was Steven Tyler

Was fortunate enough to see Steven Tyler a few years ago

Was thinking it was going to be a train wreck, but heck

I waited 40 years

Could have seen him sooner

It's on me...

Yup, I own that one

To let my dream on wait for that many years

He was playing with a country band of sorts

Man did he ever play the best Aero tunes throughout the show

So get this, he was on key and off the hook on each song

I don't know how you can hit the high notes at that age based on what I see of others but, boy did he ever

Show was priceless.

In my younger days I'd buy a few albums but had to borrow my brothers turn table speaker thing a ma bob

Heavens to Betsy!

"What da HELL are you doing, get away!!!"

Was like I was asking to borrow a kidney

OK, whatever

There was this thing called CDs that ended the rift.

Don't need you anymore

The first one I bought was Aerosmith Rocks

I also bought a boombox

Yup, I was that guy walking down the alley playing it a bit too loud

I was back in the saddle again

A post for another day...

My eyes were watching Shark Tank - Episode 1108 last night

Two ladies in pj's selling the SlumberPod

Some black out tent thing you put over a kids crib or playpen so they go to sleep, especially when traveling.

They demo'd it with a kid and he was crying his eyes out in fright

They said at home he loves it

Sold 1/2 million of this in the last year and have no debt and spend very little on advertising

OK

Lori Greiner told them she rarely says this, but they shouldn't give up a part of their company and they can do it on their own.

Barbara Corcoran told a story about Merrill Lynch offered her $250K for her business during the recession and she was in debt so it sounded great.

But they changed their mind and backed out

She thought the sky had fallen

5 years later she sold her business for $66M

That is 624 higher then the deal she wanted, FIVE YEARS LATER...

Mark Cuban when he started boardcast.com as Audionet they thought they were going to get an offer from Microsoft for $75M

Didn't get that offer

Two years later he sold the company for $5.7B

That was 76 times higher, in TWO YEARS

Interesting examples from 3 people about selling too soon

Even when they didn't know what they were holding

Mark, Lori, and Barbara who are richer beyond belief were going too sell to soon

You have to ask yourself why 3, what seems, very smart people were influenced to do so

But as luck would have it, they didn't...

All my instincts, they return

And the grand facade, so soon will burn

Without a noise, without my pride

I reach out from the inside
