Which public entity did we acquire prior to November CC which was to be used for NGIO? What did we pay for the company? If we are not using that company fro the IPO, what will it be doing? Hanging out waiting for AltuCell or Oral-lyn? Is it trading/ Have any revenue or IP assets?
