Yes but the exception to this "risk free short zone" would be if we get an announcement next week that a contract is signed with China for the vaccine, and Joe and company are boarding the plane immediately. (Hopefully a private jet so they don't get stuck anywhere)
If that happens, I think it might be big news even beyond the GNBT investor microcosm. I don't think any other company has signed any vaccine contract with China. And Shenzhen Bioscien is owned by the government, which makes it even more official.
