Thanks. I have no problem changing the plan to an IPO.
I do take issue with Generex buying a company with what meager funds we have or using shares which might be sold into the market, now or in the future.
How can that not be a material event?
How can a public company get purchased by another public company and not have to file forms with the SEC which would have been tagged to Generex?
