The way I was reading it was wrong- I get it now.
the 100M shares in the float of NGIO at 4 per share makes it worth 400M.
But GNBT owns 75% of the authorized shares of NGIO so that value is added to GNBT's valuation.
Is that it? As I read it now I still don't think that's it.
