It's not the number of patients, it's the lack of data and of standardization of information for the patient population. That includes the actual data collected across a standardized timeline, the statistical treatment of the data and information that could affect the drawing of conclusions such as other treatments patients have undergone (other drugs or radiation).

Otherwise all we have are essentially anecdotes, even if there are test results provided.
