Basket trial rocket start
While we spend time in counts of patient 3 ( which is frustrating), we should be ecstatic with the enrollment speed of the basket trial thus far.
PR on Feb 6 that basket trial was submitted to FDA - feb 8 just two days later patient # 6 is injected (not screened, injected), then 7 days later second patient in basket trial #7 overall is injected). And as of today, the next three have completed screening. Remember the whole trial only has 30 patients and 5 are in the study (or in the queue) already. I suspect that the basket trial submission was announced on 2/6 but may have made it to FDA much sooner since they announced they could start enrolling immediately.
We all might want to frame that Feb 6 PR. It is medically important and with positive results should propel the stock price.
Don’t look at today’s price action - we will know a lot more about cancer soon.
