Is anyone else surprised that we have not even come close to getting around 1.00 with the news of the dividend and everything?
With the so called stopping of the dumping of shares by V and CMF, it seems there would not be a reason for the PPS to keep going down and in fact the PPS would start seeing a positive rise back up.
If they were the ones that caused the huge drop, if they stopped, should the opposite now occur?
