These numbers are enormous - both your NSS estimate and price targets. What do you think the likelyhood of us surviving to a deal that turns this around is? $16/share is a titanic return from here but what are the odds of us reaching the goal? 50%? 75%? 10%?
If they can actually NSS 40 million shares, what is stopping them from doing another 40 million to grind IPIX into dust before a deal?
Obviously this is not risk-free...what is your opinion? The trial news yesterday was fantastic but I'm trying to piece together the likelyhood of making it from here to fully-funded.
