Correct. I believe all patients injected to date (1-7) are either TNBC or MBC (either trial or emergency) and were approved on the initial IND that received IRB approval. I understand they are still pending IRB approval for the basket trial and NP said last week or earlier this week he expected this to take a couple/few weeks. I believe this is required to inject basket trial patients, but they can "initiate" the basket trial and screen patients so they are ready to inject as soon as they receive IRB approval for the basket trial.

I could be wrong, but that is my understanding.
