290k shorted yesterday. 66% of volume. They are shorting every spike in share price. Trying to keep GNBT from paying the div.
On the CMF 13G my question would be
Do we KNOW if this is remaining shares from original position (not due the div) or did they sell out their entire original position and buy these shares on the open market (due the div). Reason this makes sense to me. If they sold out their position at a higher price and replaced the shares with market shares due the div. they would receive 40% more shares plus the NGIO shares which were not part of the deal when they sold. They would now only need 400k shares to cover the due bill. I think they cover that on the 13g with the div.
