Vaccines by definition stimulate the adaptive immune system to produce antibodies against pathological antigens associated with rogue cells, bacteria, or viruses. Leronlimab does not do this.

Leronlimab may well prove to be a very valuable therapeutic drug in the treatment of a coronavirus infection; but, it is not a vaccine.
