Looks like it is finally time to close HDC! The 8-k dated 2/13/20 says it all!

I'm not even going to waste my time posting it but will say Quirk should never have been aloud back into HDC. Does he know something, I bet he knows something that our CEO doesn't want to get out into the public domain. I mean we have seen everything over the past 16 or 17 years so no surprise however, I think Quirk knew something that happened in the Barnhill days and will do and say anything to nose back in in any manner!
This truly sucks and never ends does it, SOS as always!
