Well, that’s why i said I wasn’t so sure the merging with another company was out of the picture. I specifically asked Joe a couple of times if anyone besides GNBT and GNBT to NGIO div holders would own all the shares. He affirmed that. So maybe our div shares are in a way the IPO/float shares and the price gets set at $X/share for opening of trading... vs a true offering to the public at $X/share?

Like I said, maybe above my pay grade or I missed an important detail in the call.
