Doc, I did ask your question on the 260k change in unrestricted. Joe and Anthony did not have any specific info to offer, except to say that it could have been from an acquisition whose restriction period had expired.

I followed up w Qs on Veneto and CMP holdings. No way of knowing for sure if they have shares, but Joe is doing what he can to make sure if they do have shares they do not get any div shares... sounds like that is fully in the hands of "the government", so it may be a coin flip...
