Ok, so he does this. They get shares as it goes. They are still owning more and more as time goes on. So a bigger piece of the pie and eventually, 40 million worth or 70 million worth as Joe said he can get up to 70 million.

What happens, if he needs to use all of that before the company takes off?

They own a big portion.

So, Joe is still half right, based off when he has to use the money or not.
