Tamiflu is really good drug , it is antiviral drug .,
Leronlimab should be also good , if doesn’t work on symptoms by also on virus , just different way , activating immune system, , by blocking CCR5 expressed on the T regulatory cells which inhibits response to different pathogens , like cancers , viruses etc
And polarization of macrophages which becoming much more aggressive against different pathogens again , like viruses , cancers etc..
And it’s anti- inflammatory effect will be very important with patient survival
I am sure it will be use only for hospitalized patients , even 50 patients will give good information , but possibly they will try little more , I dont know...,
and it is not that difficult to see if mortality is lower and length of disease improving ... very important, the longer one is very sick the more different complications may appear...
And If it will work on coronavirus it should work in many other serious infection by this MOA.
