KYcats as I understand it all the minimum requirements for the
LUX FUNDS as far as fees paid and minimum capital are
complete as of last week mainly because of our VN PARTNER
contributions and other backers came thru.
However that still doesn't mean the LUX FUNDS r technically
activated where BIG MONEY can flow from them yet
mainly because Henry also has to have all his ducks in
a row to start the ADE and other projects
that passes the LUX Regulators and
VN Gov approval.
Henry has repeatedly stated how complicated and Huge all
this is and time consuming because of all the bureaucracy
involved. That said we believe real progress is being made
and hopefully if no major glitches from here we can get
Major News in about 2 to 4 weeks.
