So after doing a little research, the website is a godaddy website hosted in Germany created on June of 2019. You can find that out by the AS number for BGP peering.. The address of the site is 160.153.136.3 but as that is the host address of a godaddy webserver there are probably about 2000 other websites listed there. Doing some more digging... but getting closer...
