What the market cap today is is sort of irrelevant. The question is whether they'll have $100m to pay us in 2022, and what happens if they don't.

They clearly have revenues, growing revenues, and a plan to make money and invest that money. Probably more importantly, it will help us justify a share offering through Reg A and add another layer of legal to any attempt by outside forces to seize our assets.
