If someone was looking to buy 40 to 50 million shares due to a for sure positive PR on two new deals and DSS and so on, would not hesitate to buy those shares at such low price even if you have to spend a little more for it.
My feelings are these people are here to buy low and flip those shares and double and triple their money.
Let's not forget what happens when they sell 50 million shares as it happened a few times before.
