So weird...I saw a vol jump to over 140,000 on Ameritrade @ .585...then it went away, and now it is back but only showing 97,000 vol ???
I could be wrong, but I think buying shares up until 2/17 would the deadline for getting the dividend. Since 2/17 is President's Day, that would actually be eod 2/14.
Well, looks like a yawner open today...stuck at .60
