Market breakouts?

I do another general market board and one dude called for a market breakout last week and another turned bullish today, he has been a super bear til today.  The guy who called a breakouts is at stock charts, the other guy does not do stocks charts, but makes his own unique charts.>>>

And this next dude has been part of the same board, but not lately, he ranksi12th at the stock charts public chart lists. Scroll down to The dk Report - David Kneupper David has been bullish on most charts for quite a while, he is more of a long term trader.  Old Fool is more mid term.
