I think it would be better to have a Chinese pharma company distributing product that we have our manufacturing sites produce and paying us a royalty.

That could help with regulatory approval with their knowledge of the process.

They would have also a financial incentive to ensure that there was not unauthorized sales in China else they themselves would lose sales.
