So we ended up with a good CEO who is short on so many things needed to be successful. It's too late in the game, company lacks management, abilities, staff, money and has many time constraints in every area that I can think of.

Sure maybe the company will file filings prior 3/31/20 but that won't change a thing at this point nor will it when they announce a shareholder meeting probably coming in June-August. No doubt they will need to increase the share base and I myself will not vote for that increase.
