I 100% agree with protecting ourselves through up front payments, etc. I do think we'll eventually get the short end of the stick on any China deal. I just don't see how it has a significant, or even measurable, impact on the markets in North America, EU, Japan, Australia..., since those jurisdictions will actually enforce the IP and marketing exclusivity. So anything that we could get right now, particularly up front, would theoretically be beneficial.
