Can someone tell me this is not an intentional move to drive the PPS down?
Or is this normal? We had just a few minutes ago a .5 difference between bid and ask. Now, it's .3. at.57 / .60. and we are at 446673 volume for the day so far.
Honestly, I am not getting this PPS swing after the last few days. It's like now we are moving towards the same territory we were in over a week ago, which was not good.
Is someone dumping shares again like before? Same folks? Or new ones who decided not to follow the rules.
