I believe NP is in point. Deals with China + talks w/ WH= NP trying to create avenues to in brain leverage with an FDA who has been to put it nicely extremely harsh w/ cytodyn despite proven safety and efficiency profile of the drug which is far superior to many other recent drugs the FDA approved. WH would not take kindly to the FDA if China got its hand on a miracle drug developed in the US before the US did. One thing Trump administration loves is to take credit for amazing achievements but more importantly what it's hated more then anything is bad press and China winning. IMO
