I'm sure you're smart (though I don't understand your use of question marks instead of periods all the time), and I think smart traders buy on dips if they can and hold most of their shares for the long term, because bombshell news could come ANY DAY now, and if you miss it, well, that's a lot of upside to be on the sidelines for!
