A permit with Florida severely limits secrecy. Reports are available upon request under The Sunshine Law. The company has even admitted this in filings in the current lawsuit.
Kyle stated in the Dec paid promo Stinkerbell 2.0 gave them some new targets to look at.
As is stated clearly, the new targets are to be looked at AFTER consulting with the Division.
After notice to and consultation with the Division, additional anomalies and/or anomaly clusters may be added for investigation during the term of this permit, at a future date.
On the same page and a few sentences down from the instruction above, Kyle signed the issued permit for Area 1. It's the same instruction for all permits.
