If the Chinese are going to steal, they are going to steal. What are you going to do, put in a clause fining them a ton if they do? Good luck getting paid. Past a certain point, there is either good faith or there is not. I know, I know...the Chinese government CANNOT be trusted by any means, but there is only so much anyone can do to protect their IP when dealing with such low-life types.

And to be clear, I am talking about the government, not the Chinese people as a whole.
